How Lobbix+ measures ads
Measurement distinguishes a card appearing in the interface from an impression meeting visibility requirements. Clicks and actions form aggregate campaign reports without giving advertisers access to your account.
Where to find it: Ad > Ad label or About Lobbix ads; Help Center > Ad specifications
How to
- Open the explanation through the Ad label or About Lobbix ads.
- To understand report terms, distinguish card display, impression, click and reaction.
- To prepare or assess a campaign, read the specifications table and metric definitions in /ads.
What metrics mean
- Card display records its appearance in the interface. An impression requires at least half the ad visible for at least one second.
- A new display meeting that rule may count another impression, even for the same person. Impressions are not the number of unique people.
- A click records destination opening. CTR compares clicks with impressions and helps show how many displays led to interest in the destination.
- Claps, boos, shares, hides and reports are separate actions. Removing a reaction updates its state; it does not add another person to reach.
- Reach estimates distinct people. It does not replace impression counts or identify individual viewers.
Privacy and interpretation
- Advertisers receive aggregate results. They do not receive account access, messages or a personal reader list through Ads reporting.
- Opening the destination does not guarantee a completed purchase. Sharing does not prove the recipient opened or posted content in another service.
- Totals may take time to update. Card counters and reports checked at different times may not match immediately.
If a number seems wrong
- Compare the same campaign, period and placement. A campaign sum and one-ad metric are different views.
- Impressions exceeding reach are expected when people see an ad more than once.
- To request a check, tell support the ad, period and metric. Avoid conclusions from totals still updating.
