Ad creative specifications
Prepare an ad with copy and media compatible with Flow, comments or Cuts. The specifications page provides per-format tables, upload limits, destinations and result checks.
Where to find it: Help Center > Advertising on Lobbix+ > Ad specifications
How to
- Choose where the campaign will appear: Flow, comments, Cuts or a compatible combination.
- Open /ads and consult the format table: text, image, carousel or video.
- Prepare a version in each campaign display language and check copy, file, framing and poster.
- Set the destination for iPhone, Android or both according to the campaign. Check the button label if using one.
- Review the preview on a small screen and validate the creative before approval. To submit materials, use the page’s team contact.
Recommended copy and technical limit
- Recommended copy remains fully visible before Show more. Roughly 320 characters is a reference; lines and screen width also affect the cutoff.
- The technical limit is 1,024 characters per version. Accepting that length does not mean all copy will be visible in the card.
- Copy is required for text-only ads and optional for media formats. The action button is optional and its label has up to 24 characters.
Requirements to review
- Images accept JPG, PNG or WebP up to 8 MB. Carousels accept 2 to 10 images, with the limit applying to each file.
- Video uses MP4 with H.264 and AAC when audio exists, up to 60 MB. It requires a poster; upload can generate that frame.
- Cuts has its own vertical video and duration requirements. Advertising limits should not be treated as general rules for organic community videos.
- The /ads page explains HTTPS and Lobbix+ screen destinations. App store links may be used for apps without being mandatory.
Resolve a file or creative rejection
- If the file was rejected, check its actual type, size and codecs. Changing only the filename extension does not convert an image or video.
- If a creative cannot run in Cuts, check video count, duration, ratio and poster across all language versions.
- If a destination is missing for a system, check its specific address or common destination. Every active platform needs a valid route.
- If copy cuts off early, reduce line breaks and place the main message first. Check the preview rather than treating the technical limit as an ideal length.
