Why you see an ad
Lobbix+ chooses campaigns compatible with language, device-provided country, platform and app version. The card explanation lets you inspect that information.
Where to find it: Ad > Ad label; ad > menu > About Lobbix ads
How to
- Tap the card’s Ad label or open its options menu.
- Choose About Lobbix ads when using the menu.
- Read the advertiser identification and selection explanation.
- If you do not want to keep seeing that campaign in the session, use Hide ad. For a violation, use Report ad.
Information used in selection
- The language needs an available ad version. Country comes from device information; it does not depend on GPS location access.
- Platform and version help select compatible ads and destinations. A campaign may be eligible for iPhone, Android or both.
- Active campaigns, display dates and frequency rules also affect what appears. Seeing an offer does not mean it was selected from your message content.
- The proprietary Ads system does not use IDFA, request ATT for cross-app tracking or give advertisers access to your account or personal reader reports.
What you control and how to check
- You can read the explanation, hide the campaign in the session and report content. Those actions serve different purposes.
- Changing language can change eligible versions but does not remove all advertising. Gold may also receive ads.
- If the explanation does not seem to match the card, tell support the advertiser name, display location, language and app version.
- When opening an external site, its data and rules may differ. Check its policy before entering information.
