Data, history and training in Bix

How to

1. Before asking, review the text, image and conversation context you will send to Bix.
2. To control translation, open Settings > Content > Posts and choose mode and languages.
3. To read about data processing and rights, open Privacy Policy under Data & Privacy > Legal & Policies.
4. For requests about your data, write to help@lobbix.com. Removing something from the screen does not replace a retention or deletion request.

What accompanies each feature

• Mentions: post or comment text, the original post and previous reply when available, plus title references and an eligible image. Your identification allows the reply to address you.
• Chat: your question and some recent messages while the conversation is active. An eligible Gold image may accompany analysis.
• Personal questions: when you ask about your history, Bix may consult your watched records, scores, progress, favorites, interests and statistics and use results to answer.
• Translation: post or comment text. Links, mentions, hashtags and Catalog references are protected to preserve those elements in the result. Translation does not require sending the post image.

Storage and training are different questions

• Lobbix+ stores messages, replies, usage records and translations needed by the features under the Privacy Policy. A translation may be reused without generating another answer.
• Google’s published Vertex AI policy states that customer data is not used to train or tune models without the customer’s prior permission or instruction.
• That training rule does not mean all data is immediately erased. The provider describes retention scenarios such as abuse prevention records and features storing context.
• This help does not promise zero retention or instant provider deletion. For information applying to your account or a specific request, read the Privacy Policy and contact support.

Control and common questions

• Turning translation off prevents new requests through your preference. It does not erase the original post, Bix replies or stored translations.
• With a mention, your question already forms part of the post. Review it before publishing to avoid exposing text; DM also involves provider processing.
• If Bix returned incorrect personal data, check the Catalog or profile record and correct it at its source. The assistant does not turn a reply into an automatic history change.
• Do not send passwords, identity documents or other people’s personal details to resolve a Bix question.
