Check Bix Free and Gold limits

The usage card separates @bix mentions from chat consumption. It shows when the period renews and helps explain why a request was not answered.

How to

Tap your avatar to open the side menu.
Tap the Bix card to open Usage.
Check Invocations for questions in posts and comments and Chat tokens for conversation consumption.
Read Renews on. If your subscription should be active, check Settings > Lobbix+ Gold > Restore purchases.

The standard Free rule is 5 public mentions in a 30-day period. A temporary promotion may expand access; check the current app indication.
Gold has no plan limit for public mentions. The unlimited symbol for this item does not make chat unlimited.
Chat requires Gold unless temporarily enabled for Free text. The chat percentage measures how much processing allowance was used, considering questions and replies.
Translation does not spend either counter. Image recognition requires Gold, including when Free chat is temporarily enabled.

Renews on is your period reference. It does not necessarily match the first day of a month or store billing.
Deleting posts, messages or the conversation does not restore already spent usage.
All plans have protection against excessive consecutive requests. Even with remaining allowance, wait before resending many questions.

If Invocations ran out, wait for renewal or check Gold. If Chat tokens ran out, wait for the indicated chat renewal.
If you are Gold but the screen shows Free, check that you are in the correct account, restore the purchase and reopen the card after it updates.
If the date passed and the notice remains, make a new request after checking connection. Tell support the shown date and notice without publicly sharing passwords or full receipts.
