Bix limits and response safeguards

How to

1. Make a movie, show or pop culture request and avoid unnecessary personal data.
2. Check the reply, cited titles and recent information before using them.
3. For an abusive public reply, open its menu and use Report.
4. For a chat issue, contact help@lobbix.com with a description without sending other people’s private information.

Requests that may be refused

• Bix may refuse harassment, threats, illegal content, sexual exploitation, dangerous instructions and requests to expose other people’s personal information.
• It should not impersonate people or identify private individuals in images. Questions about public figures should remain connected to entertainment.
• Bix replies do not replace medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Use the tool for its entertainment context.

Limits of the protections

• Protections can fail. If a reply invents a fact, exposes someone or appears abusive, do not treat it as confirmation; report the problem.
• The reply may use context from the post where you mentioned Bix. Avoid prompting analysis with personal data about conversation participants.
• Requesting no spoilers guides the assistant but does not guarantee no revelations. Check before forwarding the answer to someone who has not watched.
• Gold expands access; community rules, chat allowance and usage protections still apply.

How to handle refusal or an error

• If an entertainment question was refused, rephrase the subject and provide context without repeating sensitive data.
• If a limit or interruption appears, wait and check the usage card. Repeatedly resending the same request does not guarantee an answer.
• When reporting a problem, state whether it happened in DM or a mention and include the public reply link when available.
