Understand balance, transactions and claim history

Bix Bank shows game transactions to check where BC came from and how they were used. Balance differs from the weekly amount still available to claim.

Where to find it: Loft HUD > Device > Bix Bank icon > balance, transactions or claim history

How to

In your Loft HUD, tap Device to open the simulated device. Then tap the Bix Bank app icon.
Open Bix Bank with active Gold and read the current balance.
Separately check the viewing-time amount available this week.
Open transactions and compare date, origin, credits and spending.
Check claim history to confirm which weekly rewards already entered your balance.

Credits can come from eligible actions, welcome, claims and purchased packs. Spending includes items and expansions; corrections, reversals and unmarking can reduce balance.
A negative balance can result from a deduction after spending BC that must be removed. It does not mean bank debt or an obligation to withdraw or deposit money.
These records belong to the account owner, not visitors. Do not send transaction screenshots with purchase information to others as proof of Loft access.

Balance seems lower: compare recent spending and unmarking in transactions. Pending weekly credit is not yet in the balance.
Unknown transaction: check the account and send support the displayed date and origin, hiding purchase data. Do not reveal passwords or codes.
