What BixCoins and Bix Bank are

BixCoins, or BC, are fictional currency used for Loft items and expansions. Bix Bank is the game area for checking balance, claiming rewards and viewing transactions.

Where to find it: Loft HUD > Device > Bix Bank icon > balance, claim or transactions

How to

  1. In your Loft HUD, tap Device to open the simulated device. Then tap the Bix Bank app icon.
  2. With active Gold, enter Bix Bank inside Loft.
  3. Check balance and whether viewing-time BixCoins are available to claim.
  4. Use Claim to bring eligible weekly credits into the balance before the deadline.
  5. Check transactions and return to Loft Shop to use the balance on items or expansions.

How it works and its rules

  • Balance, transactions and claim are game labels. Bix Bank is not a bank, payment account or financial service; BC do not earn interest or allow cash withdrawal, cash conversion or use outside Lobbix+.
  • Gold is required to earn, accumulate, claim and spend. You can earn through eligible Lobbix+ actions and buy optional packs through stores.
  • The balance combines earned and purchased BC. There is no transfer, sale or trade between users. Purchasing does not improve authority, reach or standing in the community.

Common problems

  • Viewing time did not enter balance: check weekly credits and use Claim; those credits are not added automatically.
  • Bix Bank locked: check Gold. Without an active subscription, access is blocked even when some balance came from purchases.
