1. With active Gold, open the pack or pet offer and read what will be delivered.
2. Check price and terms shown by the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android.
3. Confirm only if you want to purchase. The store processes payment.
4. Wait for delivery and check balance and transactions for BC, or Loft pets for a virtual-animal purchase.

How it works and its rules

• Buying is an optional shortcut for the game without an advantage outside Loft. BC do not become money, earn interest or allow sales or transfers.
• Everything in your own Loft requires active Gold, including access to purchased BC and pets. If the subscription ends, they remain preserved and locked until renewal under current rules.
• Reversals and corrections may remove corresponding credits or goods, including leaving a negative balance after spending. Refund requests follow applicable law and store rules; automatic refunds are not promised.
• Lobbix+’s minimum age remains 18; a purchase does not unlock access for minors. Device guardians should protect store payment controls against unauthorized purchases.

Common problems

• Charged without delivery: check completed order and correct account. Before buying again, contact support with order identification, date and store.
• Want to dispute a charge: open the order in the responsible store and check support and refund options. Restoring Gold must not be treated as automatic restoration of a consumable pack.
