Unmark watched records and understand BC deductions
When you unmark a movie or episode, BC generated by that mark are deducted. The correction keeps history and rewards consistent even if the credit was already spent.
Where to find it: Catalog > movie or episode > Watched; Loft HUD > Device > Bix Bank icon > transactions
How to
- Open the correct movie or episode in Catalog.
- Use Watched to undo the incorrect mark and confirm when asked.
- Check title history and then Bix Bank transactions to understand the deduction.
How it works and its rules
- If BC were pending, the deduction reduces that amount. If already claimed, it reduces balance; if already spent, balance can become negative.
- Repeated marking and unmarking is not a way to earn again. Rewatching does not count for time rewards, and abuse can cause corrections and sanctions.
- Boo does not produce this deduction. The correction comes from an undone mark or another transaction identified in the history.
Common problems
- Balance became negative: check unmarking and previous spending. Correcting history remains appropriate; do not create a false mark to hide the deduction.
- Unmarked the wrong title: correct the actual episode or movie and check transactions. If the deduction does not match the record, contact support with title, date and notice.
