Claim weekly viewing-time BixCoins
Viewing-time BC accumulate during the week and must be claimed in Bix Bank. Unclaimed amounts expire at 23:59 on Sunday in your local time.
Where to find it: Loft HUD > Device > Bix Bank icon > viewing time available this week > Claim
How to
- In your Loft HUD, tap Device to open the simulated device. Then tap the Bix Bank app icon.
- With active Gold, open Bix Bank and check BC available this week.
- Read the deadline and use Claim before 23:59 on Sunday in your local time.
- Wait for confirmation and check that the credit entered your balance and claim history.
- If you make more eligible marks afterward, check newly available credits before the weekly deadline.
How it works and its rules
- Viewing-time credit is not added automatically. Anything still pending at Sunday’s end is lost and the weekly count restarts.
- This expiry concerns unclaimed weekly rewards. It is not the same rule as already claimed balance or purchased BC.
- Claim history lets you check what entered the balance. Recording a title and seeing its profile statistics does not confirm a claim occurred.
Common problems
- Button does not release credit: check Gold and whether eligible value is available. Do not confuse total balance with pending weekly value.
- Deadline passed: unclaimed rewards expire without compensation. Do not unmark and mark again to try generating another first mark.
- Confirmation failed: check balance, transactions and claim history before retrying. Send support the notice and attempt time if you cannot check the result.
