1,000 BixCoins welcome gift

Every account starts with 1,000 BixCoins, credited as a welcome transfer from the Lobbix founder. It is a promotional credit.

Where to find it: Loft HUD > Device > Bix Bank icon > statement

How to

  1. Open Bix Bank with Gold or the BixHub trial.
  2. In the statement, find the founder’s welcome transfer.
  3. Use the balance in the Loft Shop.

How it works and its rules

  • The credit is 1,000 BC, once per account. Like any BC, it has no monetary value and cannot become money.
  • It appears in the statement as a transfer from the founder’s account. You do not need to reply or send it back.
  • Without Gold or an active trial, the credit stays saved with the rest of BixHub.

Common problems

  • I do not see the 1,000 BC: check you are on the right account and scroll to the start of the statement. If it is not there, contact support.
