What BixHub is and who can use it

How to

1. Open the app side menu.
2. Tap BixHub.
3. Choose Bix Bank for balance, statement, weekly claim, transfers and packs, or Loft to decorate your apartment and look after pets.
4. Without Gold, tap Try for 3 days to unlock BixHub once for free.

What is inside

• Bix Bank: where your BixCoins live, with balance, statement, the Sunday claim for watched minutes, transfers to other people, pack purchases and your invite code.
• Loft: your virtual apartment, with an item shop, decoration, area expansion, pets and visits.
• BixCoins (BC) are the BixHub currency. They have no monetary value and only work inside Lobbix+.

Who has access

• Active Lobbix+ Gold unlocks all of BixHub.
• Without Gold, each account can activate the free 3-day trial once, with no charge.
• When Gold or the trial ends, BixHub locks and everything is kept: balance, statement, items, pets and progress.

Common problems

• Cannot find BixHub: it is in the side menu. Update the app if the option does not appear.
• BixHub locked: check whether Gold is active or the 3-day trial was already used.
