How to choose a side in a Hype
Join Team A or Team B and switch sides whenever you want.

How to
- On a face-off Hype, tap the name of one side.
- Your choice is highlighted and both team counts update.
- To switch sides, tap the other option; your account leaves the previous team.
- Use comments to explain your point of view and continue the discussion.
Rules and what happens next
- Only two-sided Hypes offer team selection. A Hype without a face-off may receive comments and reactions without this voting.
- Your account participates on its current side; switching removes the previous choice. Picking a side does not write a comment or confirm a movie rating.
Common problems
- Cannot see teams: check whether the Hype was created with Include sides.
- Choice does not stay: wait for confirmation and check connection before retrying. To explain your view, use comments.
