Understand profile Screen time

How to

1. Open Profile > Stats > Statistics.
2. Read the Screen time card below the four counts.
3. Compare it with Movies watched and Episodes watched in the same summary.
4. To check a title, open its Catalog page and review Watched or marked episodes.

Where the time comes from

• The total combines the duration of recorded movies and episodes marked watched. Duration comes from available information about each title.
• Hours, days, months and years are ways to display that total. They do not indicate how long you stayed connected to Lobbix+.
• A movie enters once even when marked Watched and rated. Rewatching without a new session record does not multiply this time.
• Missing or approximate durations may leave the total incomplete. Episodes and movies have different lengths, so title counts alone do not explain watch time.

What the total says about your history

• The on-screen name is Screen time. It combines watched movie and episode duration and may show hours or larger periods as history grows.
• The total describes duration represented by records. It does not subtract breaks, skipped credits or viewing speed.
• Many short episodes and a few long movies can represent different durations. Compare counts to understand the total’s composition.
• The value summarizes available history. Choosing a year in Activity does not automatically turn Screen time into a total for that year only.

If time does not match watched records

• Check whether movies are recorded and episodes marked. Adding a whole show to your list does not add every episode’s duration.
• A title with missing duration may count as watched without contributing all expected time. Check its Catalog information.
• If you rated episodes before opening the show, enter the title to update tracking and wait for synchronization before comparing again.
• If the issue persists, tell support the titles and shown value. Do not repeat marks to force an increase.
