How to clear cache and search history

How to

1. Use Clear device cache under Management to remove temporary local files.
2. To erase recent searches, open a searchable Explore tab, focus the search field and tap Clear.
3. These actions do not delete your account, posts, lists or ratings from servers.
4. After clearing cache, the app may need to download images and data again.

Rules and what happens next

• Cache consists of temporary copies used to load pages and media. Clearing can free space, but files opened later may be downloaded again.
• Clearing Explore searches removes shortcuts for that area. It does not erase posts, watched records, ratings, messages or data retained under the Policy.

Common problems

• Search appears in another tab: check that searchable area’s own history. Clear is not a general account-data deletion.
• Storage grew again: opening media recreates temporary files. Review quality and preloading in Content Performance.
