How to create a poll

How to

1. Choose Poll.
2. Write the question in the main field.
3. Fill in the required choices and use Add option for more.
4. Optionally set an end date.
5. Review and publish.

Rules and what happens next

• Use two to four filled choices with different texts. An empty choice is not a valid vote; do not repeat the same choice text.
• An end date is optional. When set, new votes become unavailable at expiry and results remain. Without a deadline, do not assume automatic ending the next day.
• Selecting a choice replaces the previous vote in a single-choice poll while open. Repeated taps do not create additional votes.

Common problems

• Publish disabled: check question content, at least two valid choices and text limit.
• Add option missing: the composer may already have four choices. Remove or revise an existing choice.
• Deadline surprised participants: check date and time before sending. Use clear wording about what each choice means.
