How to edit, publish or delete a list

How to

1. Open your list controls.
2. Edit title, description, cover, privacy and ranking mode.
3. Use Create post to publish the list to Flow.
4. To delete, choose Delete list and confirm; the list is removed and this cannot be undone.

Rules and what happens next

• Editing title, description or cover changes the existing list. Publishing a post with it does not automatically change visibility; check list access.
• Deleting removes the collection and associated access without deleting Catalog movies or rating history. There is no guaranteed undo.
• Only authorized controls appear for each person. A collaborator must not assume they have the owner’s deletion action.

Common problems

• Cannot see Edit or Delete: check whether the account is the owner and which permissions it has.
• Shared and nobody can open it: check list privacy and whether the post points to the correct address.
