How to

1. In the Loft shop, open House elf, choose a male or female elf and confirm the purchase on the App Store or Google Play (R$ 24.90 in Brazil; the price shown by the store applies).
2. The elf starts cleaning poop and pee, refilling water and refilling food when the right bag is in the inventory.
3. Tap the elf to open its details. See the coins it holds and tap Collect to send them to Bix Bank.
4. When it gets tired, gift it a small object or a pet item, from the inventory or already placed in the Loft, to restore its energy.

How it works and its rules

• The elf cleans messes, refills water, refills food if the bowl’s tier bag is in the inventory and warns you when food runs out. It reacts a few seconds after a mess appears or a bowl empties.
• When it is not working, it walks, sits, sleeps and looks around, like pets. Elves never die.
• Coins from the elf’s cleaning stay in its Pocket, in the elf’s details. They only become balance when you tap Collect, as an “Elf coins” entry. You can have several elves: more elves earn more coins.
• After 72 hours, the elf gets tired and stops working. A gift restores its energy for another 72 hours: any small object (books, mugs, tabletop plants, picture frames, table lamps) or pet item works, from the inventory or placed in the Loft. The elf bed cannot be a gift. The item is consumed; if it was placed, it leaves the Loft, and a gifted bowl loses its content.
• Elf bed: 850 BC, one per elf. With a free bed, it sleeps only there; without one, it sleeps in any free spot.

Common problems

• The elf does not refill food: check that there is a food bag of the bowl’s tier in the inventory.
• The elf stopped working: it is tired. Gift it an object from the inventory.
• Coins did not reach the balance: open the elf’s details and tap Collect.
• Purchase did not arrive: check the order and the correct account before retrying and contact support with the order identification.
