Buy and sell items in the Marketplace

How to

1. Open Bix Bank, go to Marketplace and tap Create listing. You can also list from Build Mode: select an item placed in the Loft and tap the $ button, or hold the item in the inventory.
2. Choose the item and write a title and description.
3. Choose the photo: Item photo uses the item’s image; Scene photo takes a square photo of your Loft. Frame the item by dragging and zooming, then tap the shutter. The photo shows the scene as it is, with lighting and pets.
4. Set the price in BixCoins, from 1 BC, and publish. The listed copy stays reserved; if the item was placed, it leaves the Loft when you publish.
5. To buy, open a listing, check the item, price and seller, and confirm. The item goes to your inventory.
6. In My listings, follow views or cancel a listing. The item returns to the inventory, not to its old spot in the Loft.

How it works and its rules

• The minimum price is 1 BC and there is no maximum. Listings do not expire: they stay up until sold or cancelled.
• On a sale, the buyer pays the listed price. The seller receives the price minus the 5% Marketplace fee, which appears in the seller’s statement. The fee is removed from circulation.
• Sales and purchases are final. BixCoins and items have no cash value and cannot be traded outside the app; Lobbix+ does not handle outside payments.
• Title, description and photo are your content and follow the community rules: no prohibited content, misleading listings or spam.
• Accounts that have blocked each other do not see each other’s listings.
• Moderation may remove a listing; the reserved item then returns to the seller’s inventory. Fees and limits may change with notice. Event or rare items may become tradable only in the Marketplace.
• A recolored copy is listed and sold with its color; the buyer receives the colored item.

Reports and common problems

• Suspicious or offensive listing: open it and use Report this listing.
• Item missing from the inventory: check My listings. Listed items stay reserved until sold or cancelled.
• Cannot list: check that BixHub is active and that the item is in the Loft or in the inventory.
