What Loft is

How to

1. With active Gold, open your own Loft and finish its introduction. Welcome gives initial BixCoins without furnishing the space.
2. Use Build to choose items, position objects, paint and expand the area.
3. Use Done to save editing or Discard changes to leave without applying unsaved changes.
4. Check the Loft settings gear to control its lock and use Leave Loft when finished.

How it works and its rules

• Owning and editing your Loft requires Gold. Visiting someone else’s does not require Gold; visitors look and pet animals without moving or buying objects in the host’s space.
• Furniture, rugs, wall objects, floors, colors and new areas make up decoration. Items and expansions use BixCoins; pets and BixCoins packs are separate store purchases.
• Loft and Bix Bank are parts of a game. There is no balance-to-money conversion, trading between users or financial benefit. There is no chat or advertising inside Loft.
• If Gold expires, your Loft closes and is preserved, with items, pets and balance locked for you. Visits remain possible subject to blocks, profile visibility and the lock; renewal restores your access.

Common problems

• Subscription invitation: check Gold and the signed-in account before looking for a decoration issue.
• Changes disappeared: check whether you finished editing. A failure or exit without saving can lose pending changes.
• You are visiting: the space belongs to the host and does not offer editing. Read the visits guide for pet controls.
