Who sees your Loft, pets and petting
Decoration and pets are visible during a visit. Inventory, purchases and balance remain in the owner’s area; petting identifies the visitor in the pet’s history.
Where to find it: Your Loft > gear > Loft access; your pet’s details > history
How to
- Open your Loft and review the lock under the gear > Loft access.
- Before welcoming visits, check pet names and what decoration shows.
- In your pet’s details, view the count and petting history for available records.
- For rights concerning account data, use Settings > Data & Privacy > Legal & Policies > Contact Us.
How it works and its rules
- Visitors see layout, placed items, areas, finishes and pet characteristics. They do not receive access to your balance, stored-item inventory or purchase history.
- The pet owner can see who petted it and when. Lobbix+ processes these records and visit and attempt data for operation, support and abuse prevention.
- Loft does not use your device’s camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos. It has no AI or advertising inside Loft and does not share this game data with advertisers.
- Deleting the account includes your Loft and BixCoins data under the Policy, timelines and retention exceptions. Do not rely on deletion to erase external screenshots taken during visits.
- Loft respects blocks and profile visibility: blocked accounts cannot visit; a private profile requires approved access. The Loft password is an additional restriction and does not bypass those controls.
- If you delete your account, petting you did on other people’s pets remains in those pets’ history. Tapping your record no longer opens an available profile. Requests about this data can be sent through the privacy contact.
Common problems
- Want to restrict visits: review blocks and profile visibility as well as the Loft lock. On a private profile, visiting requires approved access; a password can further restrict entry.
- Do not want to appear in petting history: do not pet during the visit. For an existing record, use the privacy contact; deleting a screenshot does not erase the record.
