Buy, place and store items

How to

1. In Build, open Shop and choose a category such as furniture, rugs or wall items.
2. Open the item and check finish, price and Quantity.
3. Use Buy only after reviewing total and balance. To back out before confirmation, use Cancel.
4. Place one unit in a valid position. Additional units remain available in inventory.
5. To remove a placed object, tap it and use Store. Save decoration when finished.

How it works and its rules

• Prices and availability are shown in Shop and may change. An item displayed without a purchase option should not be treated as available through the same process.
• BixCoins are fictional game currency without value outside Lobbix+. Storing does not automatically return the price to your balance. There is no user-to-user sale, trade or transfer.
• Buying requires active Gold and sufficient balance. BixCoins packs and pets use the app store rather than an ordinary furniture purchase with BC.

Common problems

• Insufficient balance: check transactions and rewards available to claim. Do not mark unwatched titles merely to raise your balance.
• Bought multiple units and saw only one: check Items. Purchased quantity does not mean every unit will be placed at once.
• Purchase appears missing: check inventory and transactions before confirming again. Tell support the item, step and notice if it continues.
