Sound, leaving and Loft problems
Loft offers effects and ambient music under the app’s sound settings. If something fails, check access, saving and connection before repeating purchases or editing again.

How to
- Check Lobbix+ sound and device volume to hear the environment.
- Before leaving editing, use Done to save or Discard changes to abandon it.
- Use Leave Loft to return to the app. Check transactions and inventory before repeating an interrupted purchase.
How it works and its rules
- Loft respects app sound and does not change device audio settings. After leaving or backgrounding, music should not continue as independent playback.
- Failures and unavailability can happen. Unsaved editing may be lost; that does not mean all inventory was erased.
Common problems
- No sound: check app sound, volume and system silent mode. Microphone permission is not required.
- Loft closed: check the Gold notice and connection. If it continues, send support your handle, step and notice without disclosing your Loft password.
