How to edit, delete, pin or organize your posts
Manage a post from its three-dot menu.

How to
- Open the post menu.
- Use Edit to change supported content and save again.
- Use Pin to keep the post highlighted on your profile.
- Use Hide from grid to remove it only from your profile's visual grid.
- Use Delete to erase the post; confirm only if you are sure.
Rules and what happens next
- Hide from grid only changes the profile’s visual grid without deleting or making the post private. Show in grid can reverse the presentation.
- Pin applies to an eligible own post without guaranteeing more reach. Edit appears when text exists and allows only offered changes; it does not turn any post into another format.
- Delete requires attention to confirmation and has no guaranteed recovery. If the content is a rating, check records and statistics afterward; hiding from the grid does not erase the score.
Common problems
- Edit missing: confirm the post is yours and has editable text. Someone else’s post does not offer the same controls.
- Post remains in Flow: check whether you only chose Hide from grid. To remove content, use Delete; for a profile break, check Pause account.
