How to

1. Review visible text, photo, handle, scores, counts and spoilers in the artwork.
2. If Instagram does not open, check installation, updates and the app chosen by the system.
3. If the image is cropped, return to the preview, reduce scale and reposition before sending again.
4. If you cannot save, check Photos or gallery permission. You can also send artwork directly to Instagram.

Private and Tribe content

• Access to a post does not mean you should show its content outside the community. Check Tribe rules and the author’s privacy expectations before sharing.
• The image may reveal information even when the link requires profile or Tribe access. Lobbix+ controls do not erase copies already posted on Instagram.
• Choose your audience in Instagram and avoid including other people’s information that should not be disclosed.
• If artwork does not load, check your connection and whether the original content is still available. For help, state content type, device and app version without sending other people’s private data.

Before sending to another service

• Review the entire image. Names, handles, photos, scores, counts and text may remain visible outside Lobbix+ even if the source becomes inaccessible.
• In a Tribe, check rules and conversation expectations. Joining or receiving content by DM does not grant permission to disclose participants’ personal data.
• Sending artwork to Instagram means that service processes the content. Audience choice and posting controls are handled in Instagram.
• To remove a posted image, use Instagram controls. Changing privacy or deleting the Lobbix+ source does not automatically erase external copies.

Diagnose by situation

• Instagram does not open: confirm it is installed and updated. On Android, check the system-selected destination; on iPhone, return to the preview and retry handoff.
• The image appeared but nothing posted: finish review and confirmation in Instagram’s editor. Lobbix+ does not confirm posting for you.
• Cropped image: reduce scale, adjust position and compare the preview with usable space in Instagram’s editor.
• Cannot save: check Photos or gallery permission and device storage. If direct sharing works, it remains an option without saving a copy.
• Incomplete artwork: return to the source and check text, images and data loaded. Tell support the content type and failed step without resending other people’s private information.
